Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Remember delivery to the USA when using this web-site is FREE.

The minimum order size is $30. If your order is below $30 we will contact you with a request for an additional payment. if you agree then we will continue with the order when the additional payment has been received. If you disagree then your order will be cancelled and any payment you have made will be refunded.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please may we ask customers ordering from the USA to ensure they order from this shop site, www.allstarfencing.us. For your convenience the site is priced in US$, delivery included. For all purchases from or delivery to countries outside the USA please order on www.allstar-fencing.co.uk.

Please note your card will be charged at the time you place your order.

After you place your order with us you will receive an email which contains a detailed acknowledgement of the goods you have ordered. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you a receipt for the payment.

Shipping And Handling

Orders will normally be shipped within two days of receipt. Where an item is out of stock there may be a delay in shipping. Once we have the details of your order we will advise you of the delivery schedule by e-mail. Orders are normally sent insured by courier. Small items are sent by Royal Mail. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. Please note we can only ship to permanent residential and business addresses and not to mailbox or temporary addresses.

If a parcel arrives damaged or has been opened please inspect the contents are complete and undamaged prior to signing for it. AllstarFencing (US) Limited cannot accept responsibility for missing items once signed for. You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt any discrepancies against items ordered.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. On occasion we may offer you an alternative item and notify you of any cost implications. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or the alternative offered is not acceptable.

Tax Charges

Customers are responsible for all import/local tax charges that may be levied by US authorities. However in our experience US customs do not require a local US handling agent to clear consignments below $800 in value resulting in most orders ‘self clearing’ and being delivered out to our customers quickly. We must stress that IF charged import duty/tax it is the purchasers responsibility to cover any charges levied.

Credit Card Security

At the start of our checkout process all communication between your computer and our website becomes encrypted using a SSL 1,024bit security certificate. Your payment card details are handled directly by our payment service provider, Sagepay. Our staff have no access to your full card number.

For your security we operate the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode schemes. If your card issuing bank is part of this scheme, to enhance your security, you may be requested to enter your Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode as part of the checkout process.

AllstarFencing (US) Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Garment Care

Please take care to observe the Washing Instructions found on the labels sewn inside the garments. However, if your garment has been named or flagged then the Maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees C using a mild detergent. DO NOT use softener or bleach or tumble dry. Even if your garment has not been named or flagged following these enhanced instructions will extend the lifetime of your purchases.  Failure to follow the appropriate instructions will invalidate any compensation claims for faulty goods.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the goods are unused and in good condition in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt (which will have been e-mailed to you) annotated with your instructions wishing to return the goods and indicating whether you require a refund or replacement). If you wish to exchange any item ordered incorrectly then exchanges can be made but shipping charges will be applied. Goods should be returned to the address shown at the top of this page and receipt sent with the shipment. We can only refund/exchange against items we receive back and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Therefore please insure your return shipment. All items will be inspected prior to refunding/exchanging. When returning Items for a Refund or Exchange you must clearly mark the documentation and the outside of the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid Customs charges by the UK authorities. Failure to do so will result in any charges being deducted from the refund.

We only accept orders for special order items, made to measure, outsized and customised items on the basis that once processed for production they cannot be cancelled or returned for refund/exchange UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
